Friday!  It came!

We've talked to a number of carriers this week that are attending the Mid-America Truck Show in Louisville, KY.  I've never been there but it's on my list of things to do.  If you're there reach up and pull the horn on a show truck just to make sure they've taken precautions to empty air tanks.  Safety first.  I'm not responsible for heart attacks caused by startling loud noises.  Give some feedback and let us know what your favorite part of the show is.

After last weeks post regarding change I was thinking there should be some follow up...some examples I've seen of easy changes that can be catalysts:
  • Eat a different food that you normally wouldn't try
    • Try the sushi, have a salad for lunch, try the Thai restaurant
  • Change up your schedule
    • Mix a walk into your day or wake up earlier and do some
      reading
  • Get outside of your comfort zone and try some
    thing
     new
    • yoga,
       going for a
       hik
      e
      ,
       listening to different music, or
       shooting trap
  • Eliminate the negative
    • Don't pay attention to the news and become more distant from the negative people in your life
  • Learn more about yourself
    • Journal or just give yourself some quiet time
I'm thinking I might need to change my daily schedule a little as a start.  Maybe get up earlier to journal about thoughts for the day...or brush my teeth with the other hand.

Have a great weekend!
